PAN 2.0 Pending Application & PAN 2.0 Refund Policy

Overview:
If your PAN 2.0 application is in pending status, the system handles it automatically to ensure smooth processing and timely refunds if needed.

1. Automatic Processing:

  • All pending PAN 2.0 applications are automatically processed by the system.

  • Processing attempts continue for 1 to 12 hours after submission.

2. Refund in Case of Failure:

  • If the application cannot be processed successfully within 12 hours, a full refund will be automatically initiated.

  • Refunds are completed within 24 hours of the failed application attempt.

3. User Notification:

  • Users will receive status updates via email or SMS, including:

    • Pending processing notification

    • Refund initiation notification (if applicable)

Important Note:

  • Please ensure all application details are correct before submission.

  • Once the application acknowledgment (ACK) is generated, refunds are not possible.
