Overview:
If your Mobile or DTH recharge attempt is in pending or failed status, the system automatically handles it to ensure your money is either processed successfully or refunded promptly.

1. Automatic Retry (Pending Cases Only):

  • Pending Mobile or DTH transactions are automatically retried by the system.

  • Retry attempts usually happen within 1–2 minutes.

  • Completed or failed transactions will not be retried automatically.

2. Refund Policy:

  • If a pending or failed recharge cannot be completed successfully, a full refund will be initiated automatically.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 30 minutes to your wallet.

3. User Actions / Common Causes of Failure:

  • Ensure the mobile/DTH number, operator, and amount entered are correct.

  • Recharge may fail due to:

    • Incorrect mobile/DTH number

    • Incorrect recharge amount

    • Operator/server issues

  • In such cases, please try again after some time.

  • Avoid multiple recharge attempts for the same transaction to prevent duplicate charges.

  • Check your wallet balance to verify the refund after processing.

Important Note:

  • Once a recharge is successfully completed, refunds are not possible.

  • If the issue persists beyond 30 minutes, please contact support for assistance.
