Sometimes, after purchasing an insurance policy, the policy details may not immediately reflect in the Parivahan system. This can happen due to delays in data synchronization between the insurance company and Parivahan.

  • Users should wait 24–48 hours for the system to update automatically.

  • If the policy is still not updated after 24–48 hours, log in to your Insurance POS, click Support, and raise a ticket under the category “Policy M-Parivahan Update”.
