Insurance Commission Pending or Not Received

When a user purchases an insurance policy, they will see a list of companies along with a score chart. The user is expected to select the company with the highest score.

  • If the score chart is not visible, the user will not receive any commission.

  • If the score chart is visible but the commission is not yet credited, the user will need to wait 24 hours for the commission to be received.

This ensures that commissions are only awarded when the system properly tracks the policy selection through the score chart.
